WW2 RAF Green Cockpit Warning Lamp 5CX/1635

This is a WW2 RAF Green Cockpit Warning Lamp 5CX/1635. These types of lamps were used as warning lights, for example fuel pressure, on the iconic Spitfire and heavy bombers like the Lancaster.

In fairly good used condition with some rust, scuffs and scratches.

Approximate Size WHD:  6cm (Height) x 1.3cm (Diameter)

The lamp holder is not marked with the RAF stores number, probably 5C/1635, but the night shield is marked AM 5C/2080:- where AM is Air Ministry and 5CX is the stores number for Aircraft Electrical Lamps, Indicators, Lampholders and Accessory Items
