F87-200mm f4 Tokyo Kogaku RE. Auto Topcor Zoom Lens

This is a 1960s Tokyo F87-200mm f4 Tokyo Kogaku RE. Auto Topcor Zoom Lens, and comes complete with a built in lens hood. Made in Japan, reference number 1300240. It has an Exakta KE Bayonet fitting and was made to fit the Topcon RE Super, RE-2 and Super D/DM cameras.

Cosmetically, the condition is pretty good with no sign of fungus. The Satin Chrome finish is in good condition, with a few external surface blemishes, but the lens hood is scuffed inside where the matt coated surface has rubbed off.

A very rare lens in working condition. There is a slight ‘rattle’ which can be heard when moving the lens but this does not appear to be affecting performance. In mint condition, these lenses fetch more than £150; we are selling this one for half that.
