This lovely looking knick-knack is a miniature John Putnam Heritage House Pottery Weatherboard Farmhouse 1978.

In very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. It is not defect free with a small glazing mark close to the base at the rear of the house, and other manufacturing defects including pin holes.
