This is a 1960s Stern's Mullard 2 Valve Pre-Amplifier Control Unit MkII Assembly Data Pamphlet, published by Stern-Clyne Limited, London.

This is an original booklet and not a modern reprint. It mainly contains schematics, parts list and specifications of the aforementioned Mullard MkII Pre-amp control unit to enable construction by the home constructor. 

The pre-amp control unit is suitable for operation with the Mullard '3-3', Mullard '5-10,' (designation '5-10"'refers to its having 5 valves and 10 watts of output power), and Mullard '20 Watt' powers amplifiers.
