Vintage Micronta Tandy Range Doubler 50K Ohms Multitester 22-204B

This new old stock multimeter is a Vintage Micronta Tandy Range Doubler 50K Ohms Multitester 22-204B.

Made in Korea by Micronta for the Tandy/ Radio Shack brands. It is made from plastic.

The Multimeter has 43 ranges; 50,000 Ohms/Volt DC, 10,000 Ohms/Volt AC

An interesting piece of electronic history, it comes with its original box, packaging, instruction leaflet and leads. The instrument is designed to take a AA type 1.5 volt battery and a 9v battery for the ohms function, which are not included due to the difficulties in shipping. 

The meter is in excellent working condition. The cardboard box is scuffed and discoloured due to years of storage.
