Vintage METAMEC Quartz Shelf/Mantle Clock With Blue/Red Crackle Glaze Finish

This is a very nice Vintage METAMEC Quartz Shelf/Mantle Clock With Blue/Red Crackle Glaze Finish. Comprising a wood surround, with brass accents, crackle glazed in red and blue. The paint isn't original but it does suit the clock style!

The German quartz 993 movement is powered by one AA battery: not included due to the problems with shipping anything containing batteries.

The casing is in good vintage displayed condition with some pitting and scratching of the brass and blemishes in the wood.

The face is white with the hands and numerals denoted in brass. The clear face cover, (I think its glass), is in good condition. The base has three brass feet which haven't been polished. 

All in all, a wonderful clock to suit most rooms in the MCM retro home or the office.
