Vintage Monodex Sheet Metal Cutters

A pair of manually operated Vintage Monodex Sheet Metal Cutters in their original cardboard box designed to cut circles, curves  and inside edges without distortion.

In very good condition, these nibblers were made by Patentools Limited, Brighton, Sussex, England. The rear of the box has been defaced by writing, (looks to be an amateur radio message), but it is intact.

Designed to cut 20 SWG mild steel sheets, and Aluminium/brass/copper etc up to 18SWG. It's not suitable for stainless steel.

Just the thing for the classic car restorer or sheet metal worker!
