Vintage Czech Tesla Military Spy Set Radio Clamshell Microphone and Speaker

This is a very unusual Vintage Czech Tesla Military Spy Set Radio Clamshell Microphone and Speaker, which is presented in its original leather carry case.

In excellent unused condition, it is marked only with the serial number 39030. Made from metal and a clamshell design, it terminates with a bakelite connector. There are a few slight blemishes on the clamshell coating, and one of the rivets is missing its back on the travel case.

We don't know which radio set it was designed for but it dates to about the 1950s. It was made by the electrotechnics company TESLA (Technika Slaboproudá) in the former Czechoslovakia.
