This Reace Altai Transceiver Tester UH74 SWR and Power Meter is in very good cosmetic condition. It comes with its original box and instruction leaflet but hasn't been tested. 

I know very little about this small piece of equipment other than it was made by Rease Electronics Industry Co.Ltd.
