1993 Matchbox Thunderbird 1 Pull Back Action Vehicle

This is a 1993 Matchbox Thunderbird 1 Pull Back Action Vehicle, which resembles a rocket and is flown by Thunderbird Scott Tracy in the Gerry Anderson Sci Fi franchise, Thunderbirds. 

It is still in it’s original packaging and unopened.  The packaging is slightly creased and scuffed at the corners. Thunderbird 1 is in ‘as new’ condition, and is made from plastic.

Some Trivia For you

Thunderbird 1 is International Rescue‘s ultrasonic aircraft with a cruising speed of over 15,00 miles per hour! It is powered by both conventional and nuclear fuel. It does carry armaments but is mainly used for survey and reconnaissance work. It is piloted by Scott Tracy and launches from under the retractable swimming pool on Tracy Island!
