1940s CV35 Klystron Radar System Local Oscillator In Original Box

This strange looking device is a WW2 1940s CV35 Klystron Radar System Local Oscillator, as used in the Lancaster Bomber H2S MKII and ASV MKIII Radar Systems. They were used primarily in the Indicator Unit 162 10QB/6010: see schematics.

Where 10Q= RAF stores reference for Radio Indicating Units

Unboxed, it is marked CV35 and with the Military arrow. It has an 8 pin connector and a top cap with brown bakelite ends. In excellent condition having seen little, if any, use.

A rare piece of early radar history!
