1930s Decoro Pottery Hand Painted Vase By RH & SL Plant Ltd

This glorious piece of small Art Deco Art Pottery is a 1930s Decoro Pottery Hand Painted Vase By RH & SL Plant Ltd. The main colour-ways are beige, blue and pink.

Approximate Size:

• Base Diameter: 8.2cm
• Internal Neck Diameter: 6.5cm
• Maximum Width : 10.5cm
• Height: 14cm

The Decoro name was purchased by R.H. & S.L. Plant, post 1936, and used at the Decoro Pottery. 

Backmarked:

In pretty good condition, with no chips or restoration. There is a slight surface crack on the base but the vase is still water tight. The floral, handpainted, ribbed earthenware vase does have some barely visible manufacturing blemishes including; flow lines, black spots and air bubbles which have been there since the vase was first fired.

The floral design (shape), D58 is beautifully hand painted in the pattern number 490, and just shouts 'Art Deco!'
