QRP Guys Digital Field Strength Meter

This is a preowned, already built, QRP Guys Digital Field Strength Meter.

USA PCB & Design built and tested by G3 YTU, it is in good condition and comes with its original build instructions and mini disc. This amateur / ham radio build kit is now retired.

Summary Of Specification.

• Detects RF energy over the VLF-500MHz range: -80dBm to +10dBm.
• It uses Analog Devices AD8307 logarithmic detector/amplifier
• On-board digital voltmeter compares small signal changes of approx. 0.7dB, and displays a relative digital reading.
• RF probe for troubleshooting signal flow through circuits
• BNC input jack to connect a scope probe
• Powered by a 9 volt battery (not included)
  
• Potentiometer to adjust the amplitude
  
• SMA connector with antenna
• Female pcb mounted BNC for connection to longer antennas, probes or other test inputs
