1940s Velos Perforator No. 4316 Paper Hole Punch

This heavy duty, two hole, 1940s Velos Perforator No. 4316 Paper Hole Punch would make the perfect addition to a vintage office. 

In very good cosmetic and working condition, with some scuffs and surface blemishes commensurate with age and use. Made from steel and cast aluminium, It can punch two holes at either 7 or 8cm distance apart. 

 Marked on the punch:

The base is marked RP.102/10.
