This is a very nice, boxed, 2005 Goebel Espresso Demitasse/Saucer V Sadovnikov Peterhof Palace. It is a Goebel Archive Pattern based on the painting by Vasili Semenovich Sadovnikov, entitled “View Of The Marly Cascade From The Lower Garden Of The Peterhof Palace.”

The original watercolour resides in the Great Palace in Peterhof, St Petersburg, Russia, and was painted in, approximately, 1845.

  • Espresso/ demitasse Cup Height: 6cm

In good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration, it comes in its original gift box which is scuffed and worn commensurate with storage age. The espresso cup and saucer are a similar design to the current range of ‘Artis Orbis’ products available from Goebel.

Manufactured by W.Goebel Porzellanfabrik GmbH & Co in 2005, this is a lovely little collectible which would make a great gift!
