Brian Wood Art Pottery Hand painted Madison Teapot, Sugar Bowl, Milk Jug

The purple and black floral design on these Brian Wood Art Pottery Hand painted Madison Teapot, Sugar Bowl, Milk Jug is beautiful. The designer and painter have drawn inspiration from the Art Deco period but this trio, (‘Madison’ pattern), were made between 1998 and 2003. It’s not quite vintage.

  • Brian Wood Ceramics was founded in Staffordshire in 1998 by Margaret Brian, Sharon Brian and Deborah Wood.
  • They were notable for their earthenware reproductions of Art Deco pieces. Some of the limited editions are now quite collectible.
  • In 2003, the company became a division of Staffordshire China Limited.
