Arthur Wood Pottery 1930s Art Deco Floral Hand Painted Jug: Pattern 3028
This Arthur Wood Pottery 1930s Art Deco Floral Hand Painted Jug 3028 was manufactured in Staffordshire, England.
It was made in the 1930s. It has a creamy white background with hand-painted flowers in pink, lilac and yellow. The edges and handle are trimmed in silver coloured paint, some of which has been rubbed off in a few areas.
It is in good condition, with no restoration work, cracks, or chips. There is slight crazing. The jug is not perfect with a few glazing marks and scuffs commensurate with age.
It would look lovely on the dinner table filled with water, or used as a small vase and filled with fresh or dried flowers!
