This meter carries the military arrow ↑ on the rear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eApproximate Meter Size:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDiameter: 10.4 cm (~4\")\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDepth: 4.7 cm\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe leather transit case is in fairly good condition with a few surface scuffs and scratches. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt nearly 120 years old, the brass meter is in very good cosmetic condition with some surface scuffs and scratches, particularly where it has been in contact with the tightly fitted transit case.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has not been tested but appears to be working: i.e. needle deflects. It has a mirror scale graduated 30..0..30. Depressing the button on the rear of the meter locks it and stops the needle from deflecting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt some stage in its very long life, a couple of resistors have been professionally added, which I assume could be removed to restore it back to its original form, and D.C Volts 90 stencilled on the glass.
