Some Trivia For You!

Douglas was a cute comic character, invented by by Aardman Animations. He featured in Lurpak (Danish) butter adverts from 1986 to 2003. Made out of butter, one of the popular adverts featured the animated Douglas playing Rimsky Korsakov, badly, on the trombone. The advert was narrated by the British actress, Penelope Keith (Margot from ‘The Good Life’). The end of the advert was marked with the phrase ‘Not now, Douglas,’ hence you never heard the end of the ‘Flight of The Bumble Bee!’
