1960s Edometer S902 MkII With 7 Coils In Its Original Mahogany Wood Transit Case

This is an amazing looking 1960s Edometer S902 MkII With 7 Coils In Its Original Mahogany Wood Transit Case. It also comes with its original operating instructions,  hidden underneath the foam, and covers a frequency range from 390kc/s to 115 Mc/s via the set of 7 coils. 

The Edometer is in very good original condition with all the coils present and correct.  The beautifully made transit case is in pretty good condition with scuffs and scratches commensurate with age and use. There is even space inside to store the battery!

It requires a 9v PP3 equivalent battery which is not included due to the problems with shipping anything with batteries.

    The base has a metal label detailing the serial no. LU0552 and Type S902 MKII.

    The face is marked Eddystone, Megacycles, Made in England and 7346 PA

    • AM modulation monitor. 

    The Edometer has three controls: a combined power/sensitivity control, a modulation switch and tuning control, and a socket.

    7.2MHz – 18MHz
    2.9MHz – 7.2MHz
    1.3MHz – 2.9MHz
    680kHz – 1.3MHz
