The type 27 was often used with an E or G series oxygen mask\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe front of this ball shaped microphone is made from bakelite, and the back is non-ferrous metal stamped with Ref No. 10A\/12572. A 'see-saw' on\/off switch is mounted on the rear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eApproximate Microphone Dimensions:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFace Diameter: 4.9cm\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHeight: 5.5 cm\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn very good cosmetic condition, with a few surface scuffs\/blemishes in the paint commensurate with age and use. The rubber grommet is still intact.
