You rarely see these for sale, and certainly not as boxed new old stock.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn unused condition, perfect for the audiophile collector. The tone arm is thought to date to the 1960s\/70s and come with its original paperwork (in Japanese) and box. The arm is very prettily tied in to the box with the original green ribbon: I haven't tried to remove the stereoscope from the cardboard in the box.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis acoustic stereophonic tonearm operates on the principle of a stethoscope. The sound vibrations are transmitted directly to the ears via a stethoscope style headphones: no amp required!
