It is untested and is being sold as a collectible for display only. A piece of vintage television history launched by Sinclair Research in 1983.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA clever design for a lightweight portable television, which was practically obsolete when it was launched. The technology was based on a side mounted electron gun base CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) in conjunction with a Fresnel lens to enlarge the image.
