It only supports two wavebands, Medium Wave (MW) and Long Wave (LW).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe radio body is made of wood and covered with blue vinyl, and the carry handle is made from PVC. The back of the radio can be detached to see the internal workings and to fit the 9 volt PP11 battery; which is not included due to the problems with shipping anything containing batteries.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs you might expect for a 60-year old radio, there are a few surface scuffs and blemishes, the white plastic has slightly yellowed with age, the KB badge has faded, and the top of the 'd' is missing from 'deluxe.'
