However, with a 110V to 240V step-up transformer the radio would then operate satisfactorily.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"SubHeading\"\u003eAt first glance it resembles a small suitcase but when you open the lid a lovely quirky radio appears before your eyes! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"SubHeading\"\u003eThis portable, but heavy (3.5Kg unpacked), radio is in pretty good cosmetic condition. The outer plastic 'faux reptile skin' case is scuffed and scratched with rusty hinges, but the inside, covered in natty red fabric, is in fairly good condition.
