I'm not sure what type of metal it is but it looks to be bronze or bronzed copper. The iconic Marconi Logo dates the tin to about the 1940s\/50s. It is lined with a copper-brown felt, which is also used on the base, and is pretty heavy.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e* Approximate Size:-\u003cbr\u003eHeight: 5.5cm\u003cbr\u003eWidth:- 10.2cm\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn fairly good condition, the metal is pitted and has surface blemishes\/scratches. These defects don't detract from the wonderful patina.
