It was Made in England by Verity Fans (Holdings) Limited.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a very pale grey-cream in colour with complementary blue blades.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThere is some paint loss and a few scuffs and scratches commensurate with age and use. Otherwise, it is in fantastic original condition. The knob also screws out to allow access to the oil reservoir. You can adjust the height of the fan via the black screw knob on the main stand.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis is a great looking fan for a retro office or study!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn addition, the fan has had remedial work along with Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), which should ensure electrical safety and reliable operation for many years.
