Measured the insulation resistance of electrical temperature and supply measuring systems on board aircraft used by the Luftwaffe during WW2.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA beautifully made instrument, it is contained within an oak box with a hinged lid.  According to the Hartmann and Braun records, this particular device, 1832010, was made between \u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eDecember 17, 1940, and July 31, 1941.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe test meter should work from a set of torch batteries located at the base of the instrument: not included due to the difficulty with shipping anything containing batteries.
