Thought to be from the Hilversum Transmitter Hall, The Netherlands, but we have no provenance for this.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI'm not absolutely sure what it is, as I haven't seen another, but you do get a slight whiff of oil \/ lubricant when you hold it to your nose. I know that the Philips logo on the cap dates to between 1938 and 1968 but that's about it!
