In Working Condition, with a measured output of 1000 ohms at low voltage, it would need wiring by a qualified electrician as it probably doesn't meet modern IEE standards\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eManufactured by Albert Pernet et Fils, Paris, the bells are made from steel and the internal mechanism fits inside a wooden surround.  In pretty good condition, the steel gongs are quite rusty and the wood bell box has surface scuffs and blemishes.
