It has not been restored or tested, and is sold as a collector’s display item only.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eBase Diameter:- 7.2cm\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnfortunately, I am unable to identify the manufacturer but if anyone knows who used the brand 'LOWA'  I would love to hear from you!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe face is brass and the back is white vitreous ceramic. The rotary dimmer consists of a brown bakelite button which can be turned clockwise and anticlockwise.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt is in reasonable vintage condition. There are a few surface scuffs and scratches, and a slight dent in the brass.
