The steel isolator switch\/lever can move to the on-off position and vice versa but is very stiff. The porcelain fuse holders are intact and in pretty good condition.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #ff2a00;\"\u003eThe item has not been electrically tested and would not meet current electricity standards and legislation.
