Shaped to improve aerodynamic properties, it likely dates to pre-WW2 and possibly as early as the 1920s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGenerally in good condition, it is slightly pitted on the metal and glass, with rust on the single screw and nut.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eApproximate size\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eMaximum Depth including convex glass : 4.5cm\u003cbr\u003eMax Diameter: 2.5cm (1″)\u003cbr\u003eHeight (excluding screw): 4.5cm\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are two faceted convex glass reflectors, a ruby red at one side and clear glass on the other. These are known as jewel cut lenses.
