The cipher \u003cspan\u003elegally certifies that the brass weight was accurate for commercial \/ trade use on measuring scales.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn fairly good used condition with micro scratching and discolouration.
