This very nice piece of Aeronautica is a WW2 Bendix Pioneer Radio Compass Indicator US Army 1-81-A.

A navigation instrument, also known as a Pilot's Bearing Indicator, it was made for the U.S military by Bendix Radio Aviation Corporation, Baltimore, M.D , and I think it dates to 1942.
In very good condition with a few marks. It hasn't been tested.

The I-81-A Radio Compass Indicator was a component of the WW2 Radio Compass SCR- 269-G system: which eventually became the AN/ARN-7 (see appended image). It provided directional indication for a signal transmitted from an airfield or beacon.
It was used by both US Navy aircraft and US Army Air Force bombers such as the B-17, and transports e.g. C-46.
