This amazing piece of vintage tech is a 1940s The James Knight Company Frequency Standard FS344 In Need Of Restoration.

Approximate Size (W.H.D): 30.4 cm (12") x 20.4cm (8") x 20.4cm (8")

Made by The James Knights Co. in Sandwich, Illinois, USA. Manufacturer of crystal-controlled oscillators for military and other applications.  They used the label "JK" and were in business from 1942-2002.

In need of restoration but an extremely rare find and would make a great addition to any radio history collection.
