Wedgwood 60th Anniversary VE Day Commemorative Plate
This lovely piece of memorabilia is a Wedgwood 60th Anniversary VE Day Commemorative Plate.
Commissioned by the Daily Mail to commemorate VE day in 2005, it measures 22.5cm in diameter. It is in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. There are some manufacturing defects present e.g. air bubbles.
The image on the face is based on the painting 'Spitfires in the Sunshine' by Michael Turner, with his signature.
