This lovely looking item is a Vintage Parker 65 Custom Black and 14K Gold Nib Fountain Pen In Its Original Case.
Dating to the 1960s, the pen is vintage and not a modern reissue.
The nib, (medium?), is marked 585, which means it is made from 14K gold. It's a two jewel with jewels at both the cap top and the barrel end. The pen lid is marked 'Parker' with the Parker logo and a hallmark which I think indicates that it is 12 carat rolled gold. It is Made in England.
The pen is in pretty good used condition with some surface blemishes/tarnishing. It does appear to be working but probably need a clean and overhaul due to its age.
The case has a soft grey rubber base and clear plastic lid. The lid does have surface scratches.
